The Companyia Cervesera del Montseny's beers are brewed by means of a traditionally CRAFTED process, use UNPROCESSED ingredients and a NATURAL bottling system.

The Companyia Cervesera del Montseny is a MICROBREWERY with capacity to brew some 3000 litres in each batch. Using the traditional English system (with maceration by means of the single infusion method), almost all the process is performed by hand, with just the basic essential mechanical elements. Thanks to its unique approach, it can brew TRADITIONALLY CRAFTED BEERS, like those now being imported from Belgium, Germany and other European countries.

Our beers contain the ingredients required by the 1516 German Purity Law (the Reinheitsgebot): water (from Montseny), malt (barley and wheat), hop flowers and yeast.
